How it works

Data Sharing
  1. Create a data file with all plans and participants identified using their unique IDs
  2. Drop the data file on the Micruity identified server at nightly close
  3. Your data will be translated to communicate with the product providers
  4. Pick up updated plan participant information on the Micruity identified server at agreed upon time

When a plan participant logs into their member portal, it triggers an automatic call via the Micruity RK REST API to pull the most up-to-date guarantee from our database to be displayed in the portal
