IT Operations and Dev Ops Specialist

Micruity is hiring a versatile IT Operations and DevOps Specialist to support our IT Ops Lead and complement our DevOps team members.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in cloud-based systems with a focus on security and infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with DevOps tools, processes, and Infrastructure as Code, e.g. GitHub Actions, CloudFormation, Deployment pipelines, and AWS services.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL administration.

The Software Implementation Engineer is an experienced developer responsible for ensuring the technical success of critical partner onboarding projects, working with the Product, Implementation and Technology teams to integrate processes into the Micruity platform, mapping and translating data flows, and modifying Micruity systems to meet unique partner requirements.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years in a Software Engineering or similar role, a large part of which has been customer-facing
  • Experience supporting multiple, and possibly concurrent, partner implementations on both web and API systems, acting as the lead technical developer and SME
  • Able to engage in clear, effective communication to establish responsibilities and due dates for the technical implementations
  • Can ensure all implementations are fully tested and ready for deployment and own any technical or implementation problems you discover
  • Experience acting as the point of contact for the development team, providing implementation support
