This role involves managing critical client onboarding projects, working with 401(k) recordkeepers, life insurers, asset managers and their external vendors to integrate their products and processes through the Micruity data infrastructure platform.
Who you are:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- Experience working directly with customers in an on-boarding or service delivery role
- Experience developing and implementing processes for a new business or new product introduction
- Ability to work with ambiguity and to develop creative solutions when obstacles arise

Business Analyst
The BA is responsible for supporting critical client onboarding projects. These projects involve working with clients to integrate their products and processes through the Micruity data infrastructure platform.
Who you are:
- Ability to create project plans that capture interdependencies, activities and timeframes of key activities by all stakeholders
- Experience driving and develop business requirements and test plans for clients and internal teams
- Ability to document the workflows for data exchanges, API usage, and user interfaces between stakeholders
- Experience working directly with product and technology teams

IT Operations & Management
The IT Operations role is in charge of infrastructure within Micruity and ensuring ongoing operation status, with a special focus on compliance and security. Comprises a minimum 40% operations, and minimum 40% development of policies, procedures, system automation, and documentation.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of experience in operations of cloud-based systems, especially AWS
- Extensive experience with logging, monitoring and alerting systems and tools
- Experience with Infrastructure As Code
- Strong understanding of SIEM principles, and intrusion prevention and detection
- Knowledge of ITIL, CoBIT and information security best practices

Software Implementation Engineer
The Software Implementation Engineer is an experienced developer responsible for ensuring the technical success of critical partner onboarding projects, working with the Product, Implementation and Technology teams to integrate processes into the Micruity platform, mapping and translating data flows, and modifying Micruity systems to meet unique partner requirements.
Who you are:
- 4+ years in a Software Engineering or similar role, a large part of which has been customer-facing
- Experience supporting multiple, and possibly concurrent, partner implementations on both web and API systems, acting as the lead technical developer and SME
- Able to engage in clear, effective communication to establish responsibilities and due dates for the technical implementations
- Can ensure all implementations are fully tested and ready for deployment and own any technical or implementation problems you discover
- Experience acting as the point of contact for the development team, providing implementation support
